What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and update website content on a daily basis using a CMS
- Collaborate daily with Engineering team, oversee sprint planning, and continual backlog grooming to align with the roadmap
- Support web projects while effectively communicating timelines and progress with stakeholders and partners
- Create detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for website enhancement
- Regular reporting on website metrics, building custom tags, and verifying all tracking is implemented correctly
- Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests focused on conversion rate optimization
- Support quality assurance efforts by testing new features and pages, identifying bugs, and ensuring our website is functioning properly at all times
- 2-4 years of website experience working within a CMS (e.g. Builder.io)
- 2-4 years experience managing engineering sprints and collaborating in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of website best practices and applications
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and experimentation
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA)
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic understanding of business KPIs and the website's impact on them
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
