Job Summary

CallTower seeks a seasoned Account Growth Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth. This role involves researching competitors, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and communicating product features and benefits to customers. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential for success. In addition to sales expertise, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Research competitors and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Present weekly sales funnel reports to management.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to achieve sales goals.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in related industries.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office365 Apps and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
