This role will support lead generation, product marketing, and customer expansion efforts, while managing in-house creative team members and creative consultants.Responsibilities : Help build and lead a creative team of designers, copywriters, and SEO to support brand and product initiatives.Oversee the development and execution of the organization's overall creative strategy.Guide the creation of high-quality visual content, including web content, infographics, videos, animations, and presentations.Direct and manage the entire advertising campaign creative lifecycle.Establish and enforce brand guidelines.Act as brand ambassador, championing creative excellence.Collaborate with third-party agencies and vendors.Develop design process consistency and workflows for seamless creative project tracking and execution.What skills will help you be effective on our team?Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field.7-9 years of relevant experience in agency / in-house teams.3-5 years of experience leading creative teams.Strong presentation skills.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, and video production.Proficiency in web development and familiarity with SEO best practices.Experience using HubSpot, preferred.Exceptional skills in graphic design, typography, and layout.Strong understanding of UX / UI design and emerging trends.A high-level of accommodation and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organization.Strong communication skills.What You Get In Return : The expected salary range for this role starts at $120,000 per year.Quarterly bonuses up to 15% of that quarter’s salary when we reach our revenue goals.Annual merit increases for team members meeting expectations.Hybrid work schedule with work-from-home days.Generous Paid-Time-Off policy.Work from anywhere weeks per year.Paid holidays, plus floating holidays.Voluntary time off for volunteering.401k Plan with employer matching.Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.Paid parental leave.Free basic life insurance and AD&D coverage.Free short-term disability coverage.Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities / Affirmative ActionSeniority level DirectorEmployment type Full-timeJob function Design, Art / Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries Telecommunications
