Who are we hiring (and what will they do)?
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team who will help shape the product strategy and roadmap. As a successful Product Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the broader Product team, and cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and Professional Services to continually improve CTM’s products and services. You will learn our market and our customer use cases and use that knowledge to steer the product development process, from inception to support.
As a successful Product Manager, you will:
- Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Support, and Professional Services to translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and internal insights to prioritize features and improvements that drive product value.
- Own the backlog and feature prioritization, ensuring a structured and data-driven approach to product development.
- Develop and maintain clear, well-structured product requirements documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with QA and Engineering to validate feature implementations through user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality releases.
- Communicate product updates and key milestones effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, and Training teams to create product collateral, documentation, and launch plans.
What skills will help you be effective on our team?
- A bachelor's degree in technology, information systems, communications or related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience as an effective Product or Project Manager, with technical writing experience. Experience in a SaaS company preferred
- Experience creating user guides, online help articles, reference material, and other forms of user assistance content for technical and non technical audiences
- Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong working knowledge of documentation tools
- Skilled at resolving a wide range of issues in creative and practical ways
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with anyone
What you get in return:
- The expected salary range for this role starts at $120,000 per year, but may differ based upon the candidate. Salary presented with a job offer will be based on factors such as calibrated job level, educational background, prior work experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
