Who are we hiring (and what will they do)?
We are looking for a LOCAL Sr. Account Executive to join our team. Our Sr. Account Executives are responsible for demonstrating the product and closing opportunities at mid-market and enterprise companies worldwide. Our clients need a trusted advisor to help them understand how our product can provide attribution, help them grow their business, and provide a robust communication solution that unifies Sales, Marketing and Operations.
As a successful Sr. Account Executive you will :
Conduct sales demonstrations online and in person with companies interested in purchasing our softwareRespond to inbound sales inquiries to engage them, answer questions sell against competitors and win businessIdentify logos to target and grow outbound channel; attend networking eventsAttend conferences around the country showcasing our product and engaging new leadsContinuously manage prospects within the pipeline, provide solution based strategies, understand core verticals and progress deals through all stages of the funnelNurture clients through the onboarding phase to ensure adoption and client successGrow the existing spend of your current customers by suggesting features and functionality that will best serve their objectives ensuring growth of account and retention (low churn) until transferred to our Customer Success TeamTarget 5-7% (of inbound client base) as outbound leadsEngage and reactivate lost opportunitiesParticipate in key projects with marketing to identify new sources of leads and create campaigns to engage leads in the pipelineWork towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets- work with management and marketing to close gaps, come up with plans to achieve goals, and monitor progressWhat skills will help you to be effective on our team?
Degree in business or marketing is preferred5 years of experience with commercial clients in either an account management or sales role required3 years experience in software or telecom salesA demonstrative track record of consistent sales achievementsMastery of client responsiveness / immediacy in working pipelineAbility to be in our Millersville, MD office three days a weekA positive attitude, driven to learn technology, our customers businesses, and new skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to communicate with anyone effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizationWhat you get in return :
While commission eligibility is uncapped, the expected OTE for this role is $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year, but may differ based upon the candidate.
