- Prepare tax returns for individual, corporate, partnership, and trust clients across a diverse range of industries.
- Lead, mentor, and develop associates, helping to cultivate their skills and careers.
- Build and nurture personal referral networks while participating in civic, business, and professional organizations to enhance business growth.
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and tax accounting software.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Creative Solutions Professional Suite is advantageous.
- Proven ability to interact directly with clients and manage projects efficiently.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
- Current CPA license.
- At least three years of experience in tax accounting.
