What You’ll Do
This Marketing Manager will be supporting efforts for Calm Health. Calm Health’s comprehensive mental health solution bridges the gap between mental and physical health with evidence-based programs created by psychologists. Designed to address mental health challenges including those that often go unsupported, Calm Health offers personalized plans that connect individuals to a range of relevant resources best suited to their needs including those provided by their employer.
We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City or Minneapolis areas. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.
As a Marketing Manager, you will assist in building, managing, and optimizing the marketing strategy related to paid programs, website, and work closely with campaign managers, marketing operations, and the creative team. A strong background in B2B, data, reporting, email, and marketing automation systems is required.
- Campaign Management in Salesforce: Build, test, and execute email and paid programs
- Paid Program Management: Assist in managing and optimizing paid program channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, and 3rd party sponsorships
- Website Management & Optimization: Assist in landing page creation and conversion rate optimization
- Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to the marketing team. Provide insights to help the team optimize paid campaign strategies
- Project Management: Use project management tools like Jira to organize and stay on track with tasks related to paid program placements
- Creative Delivery: Support the execution and delivery of creative assets to paid vendors
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing ops, and business development teams to ensure that paid campaigns are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience working in campaign marketing, marketing operations, analytics, or automation preferred
- Expertise in building Salesforce campaigns, reports, and dashboards to surface and monitor KPIs and funnel performance
- Skilled in building and executing marketing campaigns, proficiency with using MAP platforms (Marketo preferred)
- Experience managing B2B paid program channels including paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook), SEM (Google and Bing), display (Google, Bing), retargeting, ABM (6sense), direct ad buys, and 3rd party sponsorships
- Experience managing website planning and updates
- Entrepreneurial spirit: willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive new initiatives forward
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time, with strong attention to detail
- Creative and experimental. You love problem-solving, navigating ambiguity, and running experiments to test and validate new ideas
- Highly data-driven

Calm uses a geographic pay model that determines salaries based on the location where an employee lives. For this position, the base pay ranges across Calm’s pay tiers is as follows:
$84,500 - $145,200
The base pay range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
Calm uses employee zip code to determine which pay range applies.
This role is also eligible for equity comprehensive benefits 401k flexible time off.
