We act as trusted partners to the Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and People teams, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and efficiency on all fronts. We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.
What You’ll Do
As a member of the Calm Health Operations team, you will directly contribute to optimizing the speed and efficiency of the B2B organization at Calm. You will act as a contributor to our systems maintenance and building, while also working with other sales/marketing tools that integrate with the platform. You’ll assist in streamlining issues with tools and with our backend databases, constantly improving data quality, and maintaining detailed documentation. Top candidates will come from backgrounds where they have seen rapid growth and scale.
- Have a depth of Salesforce knowledge - front-end and back-end
- Familiar with SFDC CPQ and Apex Code Troubleshooting
- Able to eliminate errors/issues in our SFDC connected go-to-market systems (Ironclad, Marketo, Outreach.io, GetFeedback, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.)
- Successfully communicate with cross-functional partners internally
- 3rd Party/AppExchange review, installation, configuration, management and support
- Manage overall data quality/hygiene and ongoing processes to support data quality utilizing SF Dataloader, DemandTools, Dataloader.io or other similar tools
- Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders to explain requirements and work toward optimal solutions that drive data quality and scalability
- Assist in executing overall process and system improvement on an ongoing basis, always seeking to improve upon the current state
- Effectively prioritize and manage additional ad-hoc requests and responsibilities
Who You Are
- Experience with various sales tools including, but not limited to, SFDC (and SFDC CPQ), Outreach.io, Marketo, ZoomInfo, GetFeedback, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ironclad, and Gong
- Ability to understand how key integrations work (bi-directional field syncing, API call limitations, troubleshooting/bug fixing) between multiple systems
- Ability to identify manual processes and automate them, taking a holistic approach
- Highly analytical, solution-oriented
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate complex cross-functional situations

Minimum Requirements
- Salesforce Certificationed Admin
- 8 years of Salesforce experience; Advanced use of all declarative automation methods including flow and CPQ price and product rules
- 5 years of experience with cross-functional systems, such as: Outreach.io, Marketo, ZoomInfo, GetFeedback, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ironclad, and Gong
- Depth of understanding regarding Financial terms and other business terms and how they translate into the backend of Salesforce and other system builds
Calm uses a geographic pay model that determines salaries based on the location where an employee lives. For this position, the base pay ranges across Calm’s pay tiers is as follows:
$131,000 - $178,000
The base pay range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
Calm uses employee zip code to determine which pay range applies.
This role is also eligible for equity comprehensive benefits 401k flexible time off.
