We are seeking a dedicated Driver to join our team at CalMed Transport. This position is crucial for ensuring the timely and safe transportation of our patients. The role will be based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate your vehicle with riders/patients.
- Ensure timely and accurate transportation while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain communication with the logistics team regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service , addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Use technology as required by Company
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools.
- Ability to lift heavy items as required by the job responsibilities.
