About the Job
We are hiring a skilled and experienced welder to join our Repair team in Mauk, Georgia. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding and be able to perform a variety of welding tasks with precision and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have excellent spatial awareness and be able to effectively interpret and work with blueprints and layouts. They will also be responsible for maintaining a keen eye for detail to notice any discrepancies or potential issues in the work environment.
- Perform a variety of welding tasks, including MIG welding and utilizing an oxygen/acetylene (propane) torch.
- Interpret and work with blueprints and layouts to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Be available to work a few weekends and possibly holidays as required.
