Responsibilities
- Innovative Clinical Leadership: Spearhead cutting-edge treatment programs for adoptive families using the Calo CASA Model and Embark Treatment Approach (ETA), delivering compassionate, client-centered care with measurable outcomes.
- Dynamic Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing team of therapists through strategic recruitment, mentorship, and continuous professional development, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation-driven care.
- Rigorous Compliance and Safety: Champion regulatory compliance, establish and maintain robust policies, and conduct regular safety audits to ensure a secure, state-of-the-art therapeutic environment.
- Data-Driven Outcomes Management: Implement a comprehensive quality improvement program to boost program completion rates and reduce unplanned discharges, enhancing client success.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Lead impactful family-focused events and nurture community partnerships, enhancing program visibility and client trust.
- Resourceful Budget Management: Optimize clinical training budgets, aligning resources to enhance client care and family engagement while achieving organizational goals.
- Proactive Crisis Management: Oversee advanced crisis intervention strategies, ensuring staff mastery of de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Education and Licensure: Master’s degree in a behavioral science - Social Work, Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Full Missouri licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
- Experience: At least two years in a leadership role within a therapeutic or residential setting, with experience in trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment and attachment therapies.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, creative problem-solving in treatment planning, and excellent communication abilities.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Theraplay modalities and experience with event planning, particularly family-centered events.
