Licensed Vocational Nurse Per Diem
Pay: $31 - $32 per hour based on experience
Location: Lake Ozark, Missouri

At Calo Programs, we are committed to creating joy and healing generations, and we’re seeking PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide as-needed medical care to the adolescents in our long-term residential treatment program. This role allows you to step in when extra support is needed, ensuring students receive the compassionate care they deserve.

Responsibilities
Student Health Care: Assist with health concerns, provide first-line medical attention, and collaborate with the care team.
Medication Administration: Dispense and monitor medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed treatments.
Medical Assistance: Support lab work, accompany students to appointments, and communicate medical updates to families and staff.
Health & Behavior Monitoring: Track vital signs, document physical health trends, and observe mood and behavior changes.
Regulatory & Ethical Compliance: Maintain HIPAA standards, ensure proper documentation, and uphold confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
Active LVN license in Missouri (pediatric or behavioral health experience is a plus).
Strong assessment and medication administration skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team and step in as needed for PRN shifts.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to working with adolescents.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
