Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a life skills instructor for transitional youth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with teenagers and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Crisis prevention and management.
- Maintaining a safe environment.
- Participating in staff bonding and house bonding activities.
- Daily light housekeeping; sweeping, cleaning up/putting things away, dishes, etc.
- Enforcing a positive environment and being a role model.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Able to pass criminal investigation background check.
