What are the responsibilities and job description for the CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER position at Caloosa Site Development?
This position is for Project Managers with experience in civil works to include site development, underground utilities, concrete and asphalt construction. No vertical construction. Must be familiar with startup/close out documents for construction projects. Building PMs will not be considered.
Required skills to include:
- HCSS Project Manager software
- MS Project scheduling software
- Scheduling and ordering purchased materials
- Safety Reporting and Documentation
- Standard computer skills familiar with Word, Excel, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
