What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Caloosa Site Development?
In order to meet our continuing growth, we are increasing our office staff.
This position is assisting the Senior Project Manager with startup/close out documents for construction projects.
This is to include:
- Processing construction permits
- Soliciting quotes from subcontractors
- Scheduling and ordering purchased materials
- Calling and updating Utility Locations
- Safety Reporting and Documentation
- and other clerical duties as needed.
- Standard computer skills familiar with Word, Excel, etc.
The main focus of this position is processing and tracking construction orders and documentation. A construction background is not required but would help with some of the terminology.
Must have the skills to produce and track documents in and out of the projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
