Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Set up, update, and monitor CALPAK products across all channels
- Assist in implementing launches, sales and promotions, partnering with cross functional teams as necessary
- Schedule and prepare website themes with updated assets and messaging
- Assist with website QA, identify issues and help oversee resolution
- Work with the development team to resolve the minor issues on website
- Assist in optimizing customer acquisition and customer experience through SEO and Digital / Marketing initiatives
- Site merchandising, keeping seasonality and promotion periods in mind, as well as improvements to site navigation and onsite search
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2 years’ experience in E-commerce with DTC company
- 2 years’ experience with Shopify Plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite Apps
- Understanding of Ecommerce apps (ex. Gorgias, Loop or Narvar Returns, Loyalty / Referral Programs, Reviews Platforms)
- Not required but preferred : experience in working on basic tickets with the development team
- Passionate about problem-solving and improving the customer's experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and extremely detail oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and self-motivated team player
- Avid online shopper
