CALPAK is an innovative company that brings together functionality and the joy of traveling. We're looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in executing lifecycle marketing channels to drive business growth. This role will focus on email, SMS, push, and loyalty programs, and will report to the Sr. CRM & Loyalty Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily campaigns and flows to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine retention strategies.
  • Optimize database segmentation to increase LTV and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Support the loyalty program by optimizing rewards and benefits.
  • Ensure accuracy in CRM communications through Quality Assurance (QA) checks.
