Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily campaigns and flows to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine retention strategies.
- Optimize database segmentation to increase LTV and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support the loyalty program by optimizing rewards and benefits.
- Ensure accuracy in CRM communications through Quality Assurance (QA) checks.
