CalPERS Human Resources Division is currently seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to fill the role of a Labor Relations Specialist to support the CalPERS Employee Relations Unit. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the positive employer/employee environment at CalPERS while providing guidance and assistance to CalPERS leadership on various Labor Relations matters. Working Conditions
This position is designated as office-centered and works primarily onsite at the Sacramento, CA -Headquarters at least three weekdays.
Work in a high-rise building, in an open space environment
Office setting with prolonged periods of sitting.
Ability to use a computer keyboard and read from computer screens several hours per day.
Occasional travel to offsite meetings
