Job Summary:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Artemis ABA, you will serve as a clinical subject matter expert for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and collaborate closely with clients, leadership, sales, and product teams. This is a unique opportunity to influence innovation in the ABA space, help shape the product roadmap, and work directly with technologists to deliver cutting-edge ABA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clinical and practice management aspects of the Artemis ABA software platform.
- Evaluate current product functionality, identify clinical gaps, and communicate enhancement insights to technical and business leadership.
- Review and validate customer requirements and help prioritize them on the product roadmap.
- Participate in product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients as needed.
- Present and promote Artemis ABA products to customers and BCBAs, acting as a trusted SME.
- Support implementation and customer success teams during onboarding and ongoing client engagement.
- Represent Artemis ABA through speaking opportunities and authored content in coordination with the marketing team.
- Develop deep product knowledge to align with client and market needs.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on client and sales team interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap.
- Advocate for product capabilities both internally (leadership, sales, client success) and externally (clients, partners).
- Contribute to business case development for new product features and innovation initiatives.
- Work closely with development to translate and prioritize product feature requests.
Mandatory Skills:
- Active BCBA Certification
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with ABA software or practice management platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, fast-paced team.
