Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Strong understanding of RCM services, healthcare operations, and industry trends.
