Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with experience in RPA development, specifically in Linux environments and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As an RPA Developer at Calpion, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions to optimize business processes and drive efficiency. This is a key role in our expanding RPA team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Develop RPA workflows in Linux environments, ensuring automation processes are highly efficient and scalable.
- Integrate RPA solutions with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging cloud services for deployment and automation scaling.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define automation requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality results.
- Continuously improve RPA processes, ensuring better performance and enhanced capabilities.
- Maintain clear documentation for RPA workflows, processes, and coding practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in RPA development, specifically with Linux environments.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly in automating tasks and integrating RPA with GCP services.
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of RPA frameworks and best practices in process design and workflow automation.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving RPA-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with integrating AI/ML solutions in RPA workflows.
