Job Summary:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Talent Acquisition Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the development and execution of recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the bank. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, managing the recruitment function, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position requires a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. As a strategic partner, the Talent Acquisition Manager must stay updated on market trends and employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Manage the recruitment function.
- Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications
- Coordinate and conduct job fairs and recruitment events
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to negotiate job offers and manage the offer process
- Monitors and reports on key recruitment metrics
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other talent sources
- Create and manage job descriptions and postings
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
- Provides training and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and post interview evaluations
- Develops candidate evaluations sheets to assist hiring managers in making the best selection for their team(s)
BSA/AML/ Compliance Responsibilities:
This position includes direct or indirect interaction with customers and other employees and therefore includes responsibilities relating to BSA/AML. The employee will have the opportunity to examine and view information and documents produced by other employees of the Bank relating to BSA and therefore has the obligation to report suspicious activity to the BSA Officer as appropriate. The employee is responsible for understanding and following the Bank’s BSA/AML policies including elevating suspicious activity to the BSA Officer. Additionally, the employee is required to understand and follow the Bank’s compliance program.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. Professional certification in talent acquisition or human resources is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
- Experience with recruitment marketing strategies
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices
- Must have working knowledge of federal and state regulations and laws associated with compliant employment practices.
- Must have good working knowledge of HR compliance, experience with employment law, highly preferred.
- Intermediate skills and experience with all MS applications, especially Excel.

Salary : $119,000 - $148,000
