We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Pharmacy Technician Skills Assistant to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce! The Pharmacy Technician Programs run for 3-12 weeks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists students with the skills associated with the scope of practice for their designated subject.
- Assist lead instructor to evaluate, report and record student performance and progress.
- Assist lead instructor with all required skill labs, grading class assignments, and exams.
- Prepares students to go on to an externship.
- Assists students to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideals appropriate to the health care profession.
- Provides a professional role model for students.
- Maintain current knowledge in the subject matter area and effective teaching/learning strategies

Requirements and Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
1 year experience in the Pharmacy field (preferred).
Teaching and/or supervisory experience desirable.
Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
Efficient with computers and technology.
Organized and detail oriented.
Must understand all Pharmacy related medical math concepts and be able to teach them to class
