Job Summary
This position is responsible for Plant Fund and General Budget by performing a variety of accounting and clerical duties in Oracle Grants Management. This position works directly with individuals in various campus departments as well as other groups within Business and Finance.
Essential Job Duties
- Prepare Reconciliations, reports for internal use and for external auditors.
- Perform monthly Oracle close.
- Post transactions in Oracle, including Cost Transfers, Manual Usages, Cash Receipts, Journals, and Budgets.
- Prepare reports for financial services management and Facilities.
- Prepare report and Invoices for HHMI.
- Review Appworx for Accounting team.
- Assist with OGM Plant Fund Packets set up and budgets and process.
- Provide support to campus staff in the processing of various funds () in the Oracle system. This includes account set ups, budget realignments, journal entries, and other related transactions and close outs when necessary.
- Scan and save various types of documents into RADR.
- Support accounting team with any other duties assigned by management.

24.25 - $30.48 Per Hour
