Job Summary
Under minimum supervision, perform a variety of tasks assisting Journeyman Mechanics and / or Lead persons aiding in a variety of tasks including maintaining and repairing several different HVAC and plumbing machinery and equipment with a career path directed toward HVAC Mechanic.
Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Assist in repairs including routine maintenance on HVAC machinery and equipment.
- Assisting with the installation of HVAC systems on commercial and residential properties.
- Coordinating with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Assist in HVAC repairs and maintenance.
- Assist in a variety of construction duties on rehabilitation projects including clean-up.
- This position may require driving a campus vehicle.
- Will load and unload equipment, tools, and materials at job sites.
- Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

25.50 - $31.50 Per Hour
