Product Manager- Banking/Wealth Management Expertise/ Only W2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business value.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product strategy into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Define and manage product backlogs and prioritize features for development.
- Conduct product demos and gather user feedback.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer acquisition.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to iterate on product features and improve user experience.
- Conduct post-launch reviews and make adjustments to the product roadmap as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Banking Domain is essential.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- CBAP, CSPO/Agile certifications are preferred.
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project skills.
- Logical approach to problem-solving and an excellent eye for detail.
- Leadership qualities, self-motivation, and the ability to influence across functional lines.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent facilitating and moderating skills.
- Exposure to JIRA, Clarity, and Confluence is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Possess high levels of skills such as attention to detail and conflict resolution
