Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the golf course. This role requires driving the golf course in all weather conditions. This position involves assisting with various tasks related to guest services, managing equipment, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. Checking guest’s receipts and keeping the tee sheet time slots on schedule
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the golf course and facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf carts, driving range, and clubhouse areas.
- Assist in setting up for events and tournaments, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and in good condition.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service and golf knowledge is preferred.
- Skills in conflict management will be valuable for addressing guest concerns effectively.
