What are the responsibilities and job description for the Calvary Kids Coordinator- Part-time position at Calvary Albuquerque Inc?
PURPOSE: Primary Purpose: To support coordinators in their execution of the daily and weekly operations of Calvary Kids, which includes check-in, curriculum preparation, safety & classroom oversight during services. Secondary Purpose: To support all outreach programs and special events that Calvary Kids is involved in during the year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Upholds Calvary Kids safety and classroom policies and procedures
Supports CK coordinators with classroom, curriculum & craft preparation
Supports CK coordinators during services as needed
Learn the check in system to assist with check in and classroom management
Learn classroom curriculum & operations to lead in a classroom
Trained to equip servants in the classroom
Build relationships with & encourage CK servants, children and families
Invites potential servants into the ministry.
Participates in CK trainings and meetings
Supports CK for all special events (Easter services, VBS, Freedom Celebration, Fall Fest, Thanksgiving Pick-up Party, Christmas Toy Drive, Christmas services)
Prays for servants, children, parents, and church
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel (will train)
Ministry Platform & Classroom Manager (will train)
Playlister (will train)
First Aide, CPR, AED Certified (will train)
Trained to respond in an emergency or lockdown situation
Possess a servants heart.
Enthusiastic, available, flexible, and teachable.
Your life reflects a commitment and obedience to God and His word.
Be a ministry team leader as well as a team member.
Maintains a growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
Be devoted to prayer.
Must attend at least one in person Calvary service a weekend
