JOB TITLE: Dishwasher
DEPARTMENT: Food Services
REPORTS TO: Sous Chef
STATUS: Non-Exempt, Hourly
HOURS: Temp - Part Time (20 Hours)

You Will:
- Communicate directly with Sous Chef, Executive Chef and Grill Leaders
- Be required to complete all necessary training as provided by management/trainer
- Be responsible for set-up, maintenance and tear down of dish area: including dish machine and sinks, and floors
- Safely handle equipment and tools provided
- Break down boxes and keep back dock area free from debris and organized
- Be responsible for proper disposal of trash and linen
- Pick up, clean trays and return trays to café
- Maintain and clean equipment such as : racks, coolers, carts, and ice machine
- Wash and scrub pots and pans, utensils, dishes including items from the bakery counter
- Clean walk-ins, reach-ins, and storage areas upon request
- Be responsible to know and adhere to all grill handbook guidelines
- Become Safe Staff certified

What you are required to know:
- We are an EEO employer.
- You may have to bend, sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push and/or move up to 35 lbs.
- This is a Temp - Part Time (20 hours/ week) hourly non-exempt position.
- You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies
- This position requires availability Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays

Work Schedule:
Staff culture is important to what we do. To love like family, we require all staff to attend all staff meetings, department meetings and serve with a willing heart especially at all major campus events. This is a requirement for all Food Services staff to work Easter, Mother’s Day, Kids Conf, YE, Back to School Preview Day, COP, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
