We are looking for an experienced Demolition Estimator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the success of our projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing bids, and collaborating with clients and project managers.

Your Role
As a Demolition Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, developing cost estimates, and ensuring competitive, profitable bids. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to deliver accurate and timely estimates that align with project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze plans, blueprints, and site conditions to develop project estimates
- Prepare and submit detailed cost proposals for demolition and abatement projects
- Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs to ensure accurate and competitive bids
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and potential challenges
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to refine estimates
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry costs, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and monitor costs
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in demolition estimating, construction estimating, or a related field
- Strong understanding of demolition processes, material costs, and labor pricing
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, contracts, and project specifications
- Experience with environmental regulations, permitting, and safety compliance preferred
