We're Looking For:
Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare or early education setting.
Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Christian Values: A strong commitment to upholding Christian principles in all aspects of teaching and caregiving.
Team-Oriented: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart for collaboration.
Background Clearance: Successful completion of background checks, including fingerprinting and central registry checks, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care.
