Administrative Assistant for Learning Center / Daycare Director
Location: Boiling Springs, SC
Salary Range: $16 - $20 per hour (Based on experience)

About Us:
Calvary Christian Academy, a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church, is dedicated to providing a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children can learn and grow. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Learning Center / Daycare Director in efficiently managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain and update policy documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Organize and manage files, records, and reports for easy accessibility.
- Assist with scheduling, enrollment paperwork, and staff coordination.
- Support the director with administrative projects and see them through to completion.
- Work efficiently in a challenging environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the values of a church-based setting.
- Take the initiative to solve problems and improve administrative processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with early childhood education policies and procedures (plus but not required).
