Description
The Controls Build Lead will perform and coordinate system and sub-system level electrical and plumbing tasks. The Controls Build lead will follow, train and communicate Calvary Standard Practices in the execution of project build tasks through panel build, system plumb and wire, system teardown and installation. The build lead will work cross-functionally to maintain quality, schedule and budget. The lead will help motivate and instill positive work ethic throughout the build team.

Requirements
- Lead project team in schedule, budget and resourcing
- Work cross-functionally to maintain critical path throughout all build phases
- Contribute to design, schedule and budget reviews prior to build kick-off
- Communicate effectively and frequently with project/company management
- Participate, cross-functionally, in the planning and execution of all project tasks
- Panel and system level plumbing and wiring
- Reading, interpreting and providing engineering feedback on electrical schematics
- Routing cables using proper technique and following Calvary Standard practices
- Installation of rigid and flexible conduit
- Work to prints with minimal direction/supervision
- Maintain, update and communicate all relevant documentation
- Ability to review and update electrical schematics
- Maintain accurate project documentation as it pertains to controls build. E.g. Process checklist, build plan)
- Perform I/O checks
- Layout and wire electrical panels to print
- Ability to understand and execute pneumatic schematics
- Take ownership and accountability for all efforts, individual and team
- Work to daily and overall milestones to ensure project schedules and budgets are met/exceeded
- Ability and professionalism to interact directly with internal and external customers
- Willingness to work overtime to include weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel (Domestic and international)
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years’ experience in electrical assembly
- Experience in automated systems a plus
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Understanding and experience in electrical safety
