What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Custodian, Part-time position at Calvary?

Calvary Day School is seeking Part-Time help during the hours of 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm weekly Monday-Friday.
General Description: Responsible for maintaining a clean working environment inside the school and on the grounds of the area to which he/she is assigned.
Qualifications:
Be in good physical health and willing to handle the volumes of trash on a Preschool - 12th-grade campus
Be reliable, friendly, and willing to help in all situations
Demonstrates commitment to Christian education
Adhere to Calvary Day School's Statement of Faith and staff qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be kind and accepting of children, enjoying their role as students and modeling appropriate adult behavior.
Respond to immediate cleaning and sanitizing requirements as required by the Supervisor.
Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas daily after they are occupied.
Sweep and mop floors.
Keeps the building and grounds, including sidewalks, driveways, parking lot, and playground areas, free from trash and litter.
Knows and follows all safety rules and proper procedures associated with the responsibilities of the job.
In addition, other duties and projects may be required as directed by the Supervisor.
Use any other God-given skills to achieve excellence in the care of Calvary's campus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of proper safety techniques and procedures.
Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
Must possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
Must be organized and manage time well.
Physical Demands:
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing
Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling, balance.
Frequent standing, walking, use of hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Ability to work in some temperature extremes.
