Calvert City Nursing & Rehab -
Calvert City Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a resourceful, responsible, and independent thinker who enjoys working with the elderly. A Hospitality Aide provides nonclinical care to all residents by performing regular housekeeping tasks, replenishing supplies, and transferring goods for cleaning or meal services. We also assist our residents with family visits and fun activities throughout the day.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers
- Compliance with HIPPA, OSHA, and state / federal laws
- CNA licensure not required
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to exercise good professional judgement
- CPR licensed / certified and trained in first aid (can be provided by facility)
- Ability to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary
- Ability to assist in evacuation of residents during emergency situations
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, perform overhead lifting and perform other common physical movements as needed for the position
