Electromagnetic Spectrum Future Plans / Policy Coordinator
Location : Offutt AFB
Minimum Clearance Required : TOP SECRET / SCI Clearance
As an Electromagnetic Spectrum Future Plans / Policy Coordinator , you will be responsible for working closely with a range of groups, including the DoD, OSD, Joint Staff, FCC, FAA, service branches, NATO, and international partners, to apply new spectrum theories and technologies to solve complex communications challenges. This role will help improve the DoD's ability to deliver advanced capabilities to warfighters in joint and coalition operations. Additionally, the coordinator will assess and evaluate EMS program goals, providing insights for long-term planning and better management of resources.
Who You Are and What You Need :
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electromagnetic warfare operations or IT related field
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience with JEMSO related disciplines (EW and Spectrum Management)
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience with DoD Governance, JCIDS & PPBE processes
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience with EMSO related capabilities
- Understanding of IT and data processing / management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of joint doctrine
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
