Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and screen qualified nurse candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate experience through the hiring process, providing a seamless and professional interaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and nursing recruitment strategies.
- Assist with onboarding and retention efforts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare or nursing recruitment.
- Position requires a minimum of 3 years clinical recruiting experience.
- Position requires a minimum of an associate degree. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- RN license, preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing roles, licensure requirements, and healthcare industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
