WE ARE SEEKING : A strong leader with an outgoing personality to be a Branch Manager in our West Ocean City, Maryland Market.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

Leading, motivating and developing your branch team.
Participating in community events.
Providing outstanding customer service.
Growing branch revenue through the promotion of bank products and services that meet the specific needs of our customers.

YOU SHOULD HAVE :

A bachelor's degree and previous branch banking experience, or at least seven years' related experience and training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prior supervisory / management experience leading a team.

The flexibility to work some Saturdays - and to roll up your sleeves and help the team on the teller line if needed.
