Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor residents and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Active CNA certification in Iowa.
- CPR certification (preferred).
- Previous experience in skilled care/restorative or similar setting a plus.
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
