POSITION SUMMARY :
The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) is responsible to provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as directed by the nursing supervisor. In addition to promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Knowledge of electronic medical record system is preferred.
- Experience in patient assessment, aseptic technique, and primary care is desired.
- Ability to work in both skilled and long-term care.
