Education:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- 5 Years of experience in Residential Construction Project Management
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain positivity and professionalism at all times in the work environment and when representing the company
- Ability to utilize standard computer software programs comfortably (ex./email, construction management software, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand construction documents and translate them to the built environment

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of renovation/construction
- Familiarity with accepted buildings practices, materials and techniques; knowledge of common and general code requirements, mechanical systems and components; knowledge of permitting processes and requirements
Essential Duties:
- Develop a construction schedule during the project planning phase
- Management, coordination, and inspection of subcontractor work while project is in progress
- Maintenance of an accurate/up-to-date project schedule, weekly reports, and progress photos
- Regularly monitor field operations through site visits and inspections and scan jobsite for potential safety concerns
- Develop site logistics plan
- Coordinate preparation and distribution of all project close-out materials including, but not limited to, warranty manuals and home instruction manuals
- Coordinate, supervise and ensure completion of all Warranty issues after project completion through the approved warranty process
- Ensure accurate and timely final billings from subcontractors and collect all final lien waivers, warranties
