We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to fill the role of Director of Studies at our client school in Incline Village, NV.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of curriculum plans that promote student engagement and academic success.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate innovative teaching methodologies and emerging educational technologies.
- Ensure the vertical alignment of the curriculum across grade levels for seamless student progression.
- Mentor and support teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies, differentiation techniques, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
- Significant experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership within an independent school setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading professional development and mentoring educators.
- Familiarity with PreK-8 educational frameworks and best practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
