We are seeking a skilled and experienced educator to fill the role of Director of Studies at our client school in Incline Village, NV.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and periodic review of the curriculum to ensure alignment with educational standards and the school's mission.
- Develop and implement comprehensive professional development programs that address current educational trends and the specific needs of the faculty.
- Mentor and support teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies, differentiation techniques, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
- Significant experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership within an independent school setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading professional development and mentoring educators.
- Familiarity with PreK-8 educational frameworks and best practices.
