About the Position:
The Retail Customer Service Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers inside retail stores to generate sales leads for our clients in the home renovation industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work directly with the public daily.
Responsibilities As A Retail Customer Service Associate:
- Qualify and identify eligible customers through direct customer engagement and inquiry
- Understand the customer's needs, answer arising questions, and be empathetic to concerns with a kind demeanor
- Provide detailed reports of customer interactions and new sales leads for our clients
- Establish genuine relationships with each customer and assess their needs based on information provided to generate interest in our client's products and services
- Travel locally for in-store presentations in various retailers based on client-provided data and leads
Required Skills and Retail Customer Service Associate Experience:
- Excellent communication skills are vital in this role
- At least some experience working in customer service, hospitality, sales, or retail environment
- Scheduling and organizational skills
- The ability to follow and adhere to all compliance standards
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
