We are looking for a sociable, future-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. We specialize in producing powerful, impactful and memorable retail events for organizations and initiatives with a focus in Idaho and the Midwest at the moment. Due to new client partnerships, our sales and events team has been employed to drive awareness for our home improvement partners, generate positive buzz, and increase their local renovations.

The core function of the Retail Sales Associate is to organize, facilitate and execute in-person events on behalf of our home improvement partner to increase kitchen design, bathroom renovations, and conduct informational presentations to educate retail customers.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Develop, formalize and lead in-person events to meet with retail customer members and spread awareness on behalf of our clients
- Become an expert in our home improvement organizations and missions to establish credibility, trust, and support with interested customers
- Utilize an extreme sense of professionalism when communicating with clients and interested parties including when answering questions, processing renovation requests, and escalating concerns to the appropriate Senior Manager
- Effectively convey our client’s mission to potential customers to increase design enrollment appointments and repeat customers
- Assist with appointment settings and process confidential information in accordance with our compliance and privacy policies
