Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals in need and possess a strong background in behavioral health and social work.
Duties
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients and promote positive behavior change
- Supervise and support a team of care providers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate care plans and services for clients, including referrals to appropriate resources
- Work closely with community partners and agencies to advocate for clients' needs
- Provide mentoring and guidance to clients in areas such as addiction counseling, child welfare, and workforce development
Requirements
- Experience in behavioral health, social work, or related field
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Section 8 housing programs
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with child welfare systems and services
- Certification or licensure in relevant areas such as addiction counseling is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.32 - $26.81 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
