Position Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for executing CAM’s growth strategy in the United States, focusing on expanding our footprint within industrial facilities along the U.S. Gulf Coast. This role requires identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Business Development, this individual will collaborate with Operations management, the Director of Business Development, and the proposals team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Primary Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities along the Gulf Coast, developing strategies to secure service agreements and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, industry leaders, and key stakeholders. Expand CAM’s service offerings with existing clients by identifying new opportunities for collaboration. Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to position CAM as a preferred service provider. Partner with Operations to develop win strategies, pricing models, and risk mitigation plans for proposals. Provide insights and updates on key pursuits, industry developments, and emerging trends. Represent CAM at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen market presence. Travel as required to support business objectives and foster client relationships.   Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or business management within the industrial services industry. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of securing contracts and expanding business within the Gulf Coast industrial sector. Strong existing network of industry contacts and client relationships across the region. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyze large datasets to drive decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically. Passion for safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
