Position Summary
Responsible for executing duties to assist assigned crew.
Primary Responsibilities
Accurately diagnose and repair equipment with mechanical failures
Create work orders and perform all required tasks physically
Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on all components of equipment assigned to site
Repair and maintain tires, wheels, brakes, frame, mast, forks, counterweight, clamps, hydraulic pumps and lines, engine, battery, electrical components, starters, generators, alternators, cooling systems, lights, horns, alarms, and other safety equipment.
Perform inspections required by the company or government
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years repairing forklifts in an industrial maintenance environment.
Knowledge of how to utilize the appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment needed
