Position Summary Responsible for independently applying advanced scheduling and planning techniques and analysis within a project environment.   Primary Responsibilities · Perform all aspects of planning/scheduling · Monitor job progress according to schedules · Coordinate with material expediters concerning critical items of supply · Participation in expenditure forecasts · Perform schedule analysis · Coordinate PM activities to production requirements · Schedule Maintenance in a way that minimizes equipment downtime and impact on production · Create maintenance schedules & generate work orders · Maintain parts inventory · Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks · Estimate costs of labor & parts for industrial equipment · Adjust schedules to account for emergency work · Assist & support Maintenance Manager · Serve as a liaison between maintenance & operations · Maintain records & files essential to maintenance management · Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors and external vendors · Prepare preventative maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization's maintenance goals   Qualifications · Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience (if no school) · User of SAP Excel and Word · Some knowledge of scheduling tools – SAP/P3/P6/Microsoft Projects · Has Craft knowledge and understanding of task sequencing
