- Denver, CO, USA Req #808 Friday, February 21, 2025 Field Accounting Clerk Position Summary Perform all duties necessary to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Process daily invoices and statements
- Verify Invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions for all goods and services.
- Confirm and obtain needed approvals
- Review reports and verify all records for processing and payment accuracy
- Maintain both electronic and non-electronic files
- Address and respond to all vendor inquiries
- Uphold professionalism in service to vendors and clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office application skills
- Field Service, Maintenance project knowledge
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Maintains the highest professional ethics and standards
- Compiles employees' time and production records, using calculator or computer
- Reviews timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness
- Computes total time worked by employees
- Posts time worked to master timesheet and routes timesheet to payroll department
- May pay employees
- May calculate time worked and units produced by piecework or bonus work employees
- May locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance

- Minimum 2 years' experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
